Hi,

Time Management is very important to everyone! We should know how to manage our time, properly.

In order to divide your time properly you must know your top priority. Organized your time by having a "Weekly Task to Accomplished" or "Everyday Do it Task" ..

In that way you can do all that you have to do. icon_smile.gif

Provide as much time to conclude your chore. Like most people in ofices and working form the office, time management is critical.
Key to success is do what you have to do immediately and not leave it for later, as this is a growing habit. Second, see the benefits you reap, as they may be important to you and last but never least, when finished you have a feel good feeling and movitate youself to keep this way as a normal way you get things done. And as always after completion you have all the rest of the time to yourself.

Hello there, okay as its my first dayon this website .. I am on the roll...
How about
1) Make Lists of Things To Do and Deadline next to it .
2) Leveraging and Delegating helps
3) Make Lists of Things to do and deadline and Have the Pleasure of seeing the Crossing Off each job completed.
4) Lastly I read somewhere " Swallow the Toad " which means do the task or job that you dread or hate most FIRST and the rest will be a breeze. Connyosb icon_biggrin.gif

Simple time management is based on 4 major Quadrants (No - I'm not talking about Dr. Stephen Covey's 4 Quadrants)

You should divide your 24 hours based on your needs, and should not neglect any one of these.

Q1 - Business / Working - Time you spend for your work, business etc (only if you are working or running your own business)

Q2 - Social and Networking - you should have some times with family, friends, socializing, networking - maintaining a good circle of family, friends is important

Q3 - Personal Development - you should spend some times to develop yourself, whether reading, picking up new skills, etc (everyday is learning for all of us - learning is never end)

Q4 - Personal Relaxation - including rest, your really own personal and private time (even you have family) - such as reading newspaper, watching your favourite movie, TV shows, etc

Keyword - balancing your life to achieve the ultimate satisfaction ! Time for work, play, relaxation, and doing what you are passionate about...

1. You have to create a balanced schedule to reduce your stress level. "All work and no play" is a definite no-no. You have to learn to balance work, family, social life, daily chores and time to yourself.

2. Overcommitment is another reason that creates stress. Do not try to fit too much tasks in one day. Instead, space out to achieve a more effective multi tasking.

3. You have to prioritise tasks. Prepare and write down a list of the things you have to do and rank them according to importance. The task with the highest importance on the list has to be done first. If you have a task that is particularly unpleasant to you, get it over with first. As a result, the rest of your day will be more pleasant.

4. If you have a big project which seems overwhelming, make a step-by-step plan. Don't take everything at once.

5. The most important thing is to delegate responsibility. You don’t have to do everything yourself. Be it at home or at work. Let other people take care of the tasks as well. Think of it as a teamwork. Let go of the desire to control or oversee every little step. You’ll be letting go of unnecessary stress in the process.
