I believe Crying is good,in a way that it can release all your frustrations/anger/feelings.

You need to cry, because if not,it will be hard to feel better when you know that something within you is not feeling better.

Let me quote a very nice and holly thing and that is.....
Those who cry have a soft heart and those who do not cry they got stiffness in the hearts...
And what i believe is that if a person cry it means that he got a heart of gold and if a person do not then stay away from him.....Crying just make your heart clean and medically when you cry then your eyes are washed and also when you cry then spiritually your heart get refreshed.....Actually i cry when i laugh crazily and when i passed my CISSP practice test then i was crying as well as smiling and my mother told me that those who laugh and their tears comes out they are very nice ones....

Of course crying is good. Crying is part of healing. When you are sad, cry. When you are depress, cry. You will feel better in the end. Even better, cry at someone's shoulder. Don't just cry alone.

I believe that crying is good to let out all the frustrations, failures, anger, disappointment, etc. When you cry it all out, you will definitely feel better later. You will feel relieved and refreshed. The tied knots in your chest and the pain in your heart will go away immediately after you cry. The best thing is, have a good sleep after you cry and you will feel renewed when you wake up. Suddenly, the feel to beat all the negativities and improve yourself will prevail and you can get through the hard times in life.

When you feel sad and you keep it all inside, you will feel burdened. We should talk to someone to express our anxieties and doubts. Your burdens will be lifted, most if not all, if you let them out.

Have an interesting read on the views and findings of experts and researchers on the benefits of crying at the following url:

So, when you feel the urge to cry, go ahead and release all your worries and sadness.
